If Tevez is guilty then surely it is a prison sentence.
Fine or another ban wouldn't be a deterrent.
Of course, hope he is innocent and can play up front for us.

Without getting involved in the debate of whether Tevez is a total bell end with complete disregard for the law (which he obviously is) a few hundred thousand quid pushed firmly into Nick Freemans greasy mitts might just be the ticket for young Carlos to walk away from this.
Some ludicrous story about being under duress/ sleepwalking/ making an advert for gillette should work. As mentioned earlier if he can come up with bacon faces "shit up the hard shoulder" excuse, Freeman can piss this.

It is a driving offence. He wasn't drunk and he didn't injure anybody.
