Unles i'm very much mistaken when Tevez arrived he was told by Hughes we'd be building the team around him.
I'm guessing (and only speculating) that Mancini isn't in tune with that idea and has never had that plan for City in mind. Tevez is a player in the team, not the team itself.
I can't however argue with Tevez's reasons for wanting to go. He's clearly been disillusioned with the game in general, misses his kids and hasn't settled. But he always ran his socks off for us, and set us in the right direction and i for one won't slate him.
No-one is bigger than the club, including us ans, and if it hasn't worked out for him, it hasn't worked out. He scored plenty of goals for us to cheer and everyone will be dissapointed but i hope we don't all attack the man for putting his kids first.
