I didn't mean ALL uneducated people can't learn languages, in fact it's normally the poorest people who are multi lingual because they have to leave their country for economic reasons. This forces them to learn other languages to provide for them and their family. But with Tevez it's different because the motivation is not there. He can survive and make loads of money but obviously will never settle in England without speaking English. Also England is probably the worst place to be if you don't speak the 'native tongue' ie English. If you think about it, imagine you only spoke Spanish and tried to live your life in England, not understanding road signs, people in shops, resturants, TV, newspapers etc etc. In other countries, like Spain, France, Germany, Italy, if you can't speak their language more often than not there is a way to live getting by speaking English but in England it really is speak English or struggle like mad.

Tevez just ain't try. Silva and Aguero taking language classes together, and even though Silva isn't confident enough to speak it (to us at least) he understands way more than Tevez.

I've heard the exact opposite, being that English is a Germanic language and Spanish is Romantic. Spanish/Italian/Portugese/French are supposed to be easier than English or German to learn because their grammar rules are much simpler.

I'm no expert, though. I sucked at Spanish in school.
