If he doesn't want to sign a new contract this summer and intends to leave next year I can't see how we are going to be able to sell him.

Every club that wants him will just wait until next year when he is a free signing.

The only hope we had was Monaco.

Not sure - clubs would que up for Tevez and with 12 months left on his contract he would be fairly cheap

Chelski - RM - City all looking for a striker we would have little difficulty selling him

Cavani - 50+
Falcao - 30+
Neymar - 30+

15 - 20 Million for Tev4z and clubs would bite our hand off - personally i would offer him a 12 month contract extension and if he refuses part ex for Cavani

We should keep Tevez end of. He still is a quality striker and in many ways helped us to where we are now. If we let him go for free at the end of next season so be it. We won't get his true value's worth this summer anyway.

with mancini gone tevez will be absolutely flying. keep him at all costs.

Spot on. Carlos gives us elements we've often lacked this season; tempo, drive (no pun intended) and in-yer-face fighting spirit.

I wonder if his lengthy community service sentence will effect his movements?

He is a proud man and would look to avoid carrying out his sentence.

I would be interested to know the conditions attached to his sentence?

Assuming we get a top striker, where does Carlos play in a 4-3-3? I don't see him being effective out wide?

Should have completed his unpaid work by now, 300hours is what he got if memory serves me, have twelve months to complete it but the rules have all changed. Can work up to 8 hours a day 7 days a week if he wants and there is work available so 5 -6 weeks or a little longer all done and dusted. Once he has done the work that is the end of it.

Juve and Tevez agree personal terms.

It says Juve only have to send City a fax now to finish the deal... I suspect it'll be a bit more complicated than that when Juve offer £2.5million or some similarly derisory offer. :)
