I place absolutely no store on the figures in the media either in or out
I have seen that Navas has cost us £17m up to £27m, Fernandinhio £22m to £34m the media just make up a number and put it in to their reports
All I would say is that our executives will pay what they feel they can afford and we accept what they think is reasonable and if they are confident that it will meet the FFP rules then we fans should let them be and not take it as a personal affront as many seem to me "such as we have paid too much" or "we have been mugged" its not your money and if the club accept it then just leave it
I will say that the days of us having to overpay have gone and more and more players will be linked into wanting to play for us so the City premium will slowly disappear as we will be able to "persuade" players to leave like Untd Real and Barcelona do
