Txiki wants to implement a formation that will be used from academy level to first team and I am pretty certain it will be 4-3-3.

Because you typically only play one striker in a 4-3-3.

I completely disagree with you on what formation we will play. Tixki decides that...not the manager. That is why we brought Tixki in.
