Anyone else feel like we might be 'selling' Tevez (proven world class striker) to Milan for (knowing them cheap bastards) less than £10m and then Milan will try and milk us for £40m for El Shaarawy (yet to be proven)?

Crafty bastards that lot and wouldn't be the first or second time they'll have got the best end of the deal between us.

If we offload him to AC Milan that's a result as far as I am concerned. His game has declined considerably. It wasn't injury, form or disillusionment. he was giving everything as he always does, but wasn't able to get that bit of space in the penalty area to get shots away. Other City forwards struggled too, but I think in Tevez case, it's irreversible. Good midfielder though.

I think you might be right though. There could be an El Shaarawy angle to this.

but he was top scorer last season

If you believe the papers then his situation will be a lot clearer when Tevez comes back from his holiday.

In that case ship the lot of em out. If thats your argument how can you only call Carlos into it and not the lot. I think Tevez is absolutely class and still has 'it'.

TEVEZ NEWS: The scoop from Milan

Kia (Tevez's agent) met w Milan officials today to sort out an immediate transfer for Carlos. Milan are reported to be offering and expecting an acceptance of 7-8m for Tevez and he will come on 4-4.5m wages

Juve have dropped from the race as to "not get in a bidding war" though, it's expected they dropped because Carlos will only move to Milan.

Kia also offered his other client, Center Back Cleber to Milan

Where is this news that we'd accept 7-8m euros from? I can't see it on Di Marzio's page. Because I'm skeptical that we would accept under £10m.

Read from a bunch of sources and reports

to clarify, it's what Milan BELIEVE will be accepted, not that City said "this is what we'll accept"

From today's meeting

I don't care much what we sell Carlos for.

If Milan take him, along with Balo they've freed up somewhere around 300k/week for us to use on other players. Would be nice to get 10m
