Whats the script with his CS? Can he move whilst he has some outstanding or does he have to get it all done? 200 hours takes a good while to get done.

Do you really think they'll stop him leaving the country just because of community service ? He'll move and everyone will just forget about the CS

Dont know, hence the question.

And if uncompleted, once he arrives back in England for CL game etc,he will be arrested at Customs. ;)

4-5 Weeks; if he puts a decent shift in like the rest of us.

He can leave the country can't he?
But if he ever came back he would be nicked?

Considering previous comments I don't expect to see Carlos back in England once he has left!

So if Milan got an English team in Europe he couldn't play in the away leg.

His advisors will make a few 'donations' to the relevant politicians and the CS will conveniently expire for 'technical reasons'.

Or apply to the courts to revoke it on the grounds the order is unworkable, order revoked fined instead, job done.

10million euro/£8.5million bid from Juventus imminent according to GdS. What a joke these Italian clubs are. I'm all for selling Tevez and realise we can't demand a great fee, but that is just a piss-take. £10million should be the absolute minimum and City should try and get more.

I think 20m euro is easily a good deal for any clubs, we are being tucked up here.

Hell of a job to replace Tevez. Like losing 3 players.

Only suarez for workrate would replace Tevez imo.

Jonathan Walters? Paul Dickov?

Work rate takes you so far, skill and brainpower takes you further.
Work rate is vastly overrated in the British game.
Argentina seems to do ok without him, as will we.

We did have our pants pulled down on this but we never were in a strong bargaining position to begin with. The two earlier transfer requests probably played a part in the fee imo.

No it isn't, its essential in our league & its what makes english sides do so well in europe Chelsea, Liverpool & the rags none had the most gifted side in the champs league when they won it but they all had a great work ethic.
