no thanks even he probably wouldnt pass a medical and its impossible not to pass a medical at city

let's be honest, if RSC passed a medical, i think anyone could! lol

Yeah, took it on a good day, or did he get someone in with a Roque mask, like that advert where the fella whips off a latex hood and there's a couple of dogs inside!

The problem isn't adebayor dropping deep or drifting out wide, It's that when he does this there aren't enough midfield players running beyond him which is how he thrived in his really good season at arsenal. Fabregas would always play a bit higher up the pitch than our 3 holding players and ade creates space for them they just don't go there.
He always dropped deep and drifted wide and always will it's up to other players to read whats going on on the pitch and fill the space he creates. This is the reason Mancini was after a box to box midfield general, one who isn't limited in his game like the 3 we've got.

Spot on Inchy. I posted something similar in reply to the Stoke fan saying the problem we've got is we don't have a winning mentality when to me the problem we've got if we want to challenge for the title is that we've not got a midfield player who can influence the game from deep but also get forward and chip in with goals. All the best teams have a player who can play deep but also get forward and help out (Lampard, Scholes, Gerrard, Fabregas). Could Ireland be that player? He certainly shown at times last season he can make runs past the forwards and chip in with goals but this season he's not been doing it even in the games where he's been played in a role which allows him to do this

No problem with Adebayor coming out wide as it creates space in the centre but it's no good if we've got no one willing to run in behind and make the most of the space

I think he is a good player, and should go to SA. But i think we have his type of player in RSC (If he can stay fit!!!!!)

I like Rocky, and think he will score goals, he just needs games, and to stay fit. For me, we have a good front line and are just missing that spark in the middle of the park, as we have some good wide players (Maybe some better cover/competition for right wing). Ireland could give us this, yet has hit a bit of a SLUMP, which i think he will turn around, yet we can't just rely on one creative centre mid.

Yohan Gourcuff!!!!!!!!!! This is who i want in the summer.
