How is THIS a good post?? It's stupid and out of context and if you THINK about it, underlines the point I made earlier!!

You said before how can a person of the race using the racially offensive word be saying it offensively because they would only be demeaning themselves?? I totally disagree with that and this is how i choose to highlight the point.

Out of context to what I said. I ALSO said that if this person demeaned himself and his race and caused offence, it would be something that he would have to deal with, i.e, the possible fallout from that event.

For example (and I'll be careful here cos some people are thick) Michael Clark Duncan played one of the gorillas in the re-make of "Planet of the Apes". Do you know the outrage it caused amongst Black people?? No, you don't, but he was shunned for the longest time.

He made a shed load of money for doing it, but I suspect the pillow wasn't THAT soft...

Perhaps I should clarify something about my No white man in certain places in Hackney comment. Conversley there are many East End pubs that no black person would venture. Fear and distrust does go both ways, as does racial stereotyping.

Oh, so you're admit then, that the doll was made in an overview of what Black people represented in comparison to White people, then? The doll is NOT a 'cuddly' figure as it wasn't made that way, initially.

The doll was made based on the Minstrels show as far as I know. If that was deemed racist then fair enough but things were different then.

The thing that makes the doll upsetting to people is that the word 'wog' has come from it. I noticed a few BT haters on here thought it was ok when Ikben Blue called Benjani a wog and when I explained to him that he'd better not make that remark to my nephew he replied with 'Is he a wog?'

Another thing, at what point is being racist a crime? Saying someone looks like a doll, saying the N word or fire-bombing a family home?

Seriously, sir, please refer to my eariler post. You are describing individual problems, in isolation of any other facts, relating to certain areas and socio-economic groups.

What is inevitable is that your viewpoint will be ever less prevalent in this country. I accept that there may always be a section of 'working/underclass white society' that needs someone to blame' but, hey, universal education is a wonderful thing. a quick one for you lads to watch out for, when a black player scores and a white player runs over to hug them how come most times he is shunned and the scorer waits to hug a black player...slag me by all means, but just watch out for it, oh and for the record,i m not saying its every black player, wouldn t like for you to call for me to be banned
