Soriano was previously CEO of both City and CFG. He is now CEO of CFG only and Omar has stepped up from COO to be City's CEO.Why what has happened to Soriano, have I missed something?

I hope you are right, but I have never ceased to be amazed at the naivete of the average club chairman. Up to now they have allied themselves with forces who wish to destroy them and make the PL a closed league.Don't underestimate our influence and others like Villa and Everton, there is a growing realisation of what FFP means to ambitious clubs.
The Yanks and for that matter us made a major error in their tactics in trying to set up the Euro Super League, the Yanks got that very, very wrong, it was a huge wake up call for the other clubs and a reality check.

They are using their clubs fans loyalty and milking it for all they are worth, they are stealing the proverbial family silver, yet are portraying themselves as some great white hope for freedom and the good of football.
I have always disliked American values and the Yank owners here have made me realise I was right to have that feeling.
