CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

I think its fair to say we didn't give them a chance to go on a fishing expedition and provided them only with what they requested - which is normal for these types of disputes.

Do we have a timetable for response?
I thought we complied with their request some time ago now.
I was rather hoping our current belligerence and defiance in response to dickhead journalistic city bingo would be an indication of movement towards a potential withdrawal by the PL.
SHouldn't the court now be in Woody Harrelson "Nut up, or shut up" mode?

Listened to that knob Jordan on talk shite yesterday, he claimed City were guilty the evidence of our guilt is time locked for UEFA and that was why we got off with CAS. We were investigated charged found guilty and punished without evidence, that is why CAS had no choice but to exonerate us, unless Jordan knows differently? so why is the PL different, it is a four pronged attack by our rivals that like UEFA does not have full support or evidence, three of the attacks have been investigated before without charges, the 4th is FFP and on that the PL has even less room for maneuver as the PL was not invitational and in Britain you are innocent until proven guilty, that is before they ask UEFA to unlock the evidence.
Jordan spouted the same shite today too, despite Sinclair's attempt to rubbish it

Why is any fan bothered about some anti city twerp spouting his negative bullshit about us?

And why are people bothered about these premier league rumours of them gunning for us? They would have done something by now.

The premier league are currently planning out ten haags easy introduction into English football to be bothered about us.

Everyone needs to chill, keep on celebrating and get geared up for the beast in blue next season.

I'm interested in the sale of Chelsea and in particular the loans that RA made to the club. I understand that the club never broke the break even rule and that they never had to pay a penny in interest on these interest-free loans. What I find problematic is that RA has said many times that he does not want one penny of the £1.65 billion he "loaned" the club back. In what way then were they loans? They appear to be that most hideous of threats to the game, disguised owner investment. Or perhaps one of our accountants could put me right?

Jordan is wrong and uneducated on the matter, as are 95% who discuss it due to the narrative that’s been set by the media (purposely) since City won their appeal.

In fact the majority can’t even get the charge itself correct, going with the incorrect narrative that our sponsorships are overinflated and paid for by Sheikh Mansour, that was never even the charge. The PL/UEFA themselves & numerous auditors have confirmed all of our major sponsors are fair market value and unrelated, their charge was that part of them was/is being paid by our ownership/ADUG, & not the sponsorship itself. This is why UEFA’s case was dismissed @ CAS when City categorically showed our sponsors had paid what was agreed contractually, backed up with the physical financial transactions to prove it (we refused to give these to UEFA). It is also why emails are irrelevant if what is discussed in them cannot be proven without said transactions backing them up, from a legal perspective.

There is no point getting wound up by the likes of Jordan/most of the MSM when they can’t even get the charge correct, let alone discuss it in depth.

Citizen Green thank you for reminding me with your clear and succinct explanation. It would be great if you or someone with a similar grasp of the UEFA case against us rang up Talksport and put the numpty Jordan firmly back in his box.

Loans....more like donations

They’d cut him off within seconds. I

Are signing on fees and agent fees amortised over the length of the contract like the transfer fee is?
