CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

No further comments......fucking ****s

should be saying sorry to City
and sorry to all UEFA members for wasting all their time and money chasing fuck all.
Not to metion saying sorry to all UEFA members for dragging the remains of their reputations through the mud one more time

I repeat fucking ****s
We should counterclaim the £10 million for wasting time and perjuring our reputation.

The BBC owe me a the cost of a DAB alarm clock. I was woken this morning just as Dan Roan began to speak his bile. I know the club have shown humility in moving forward but I would love the club to ban people like him and Delaney. Ideally i would love to see Miguel Delaney pinned to the floor of the press hospitality while pep force feeds him with City themed patisserie.

Anyway fck you uefa and we’ll see you next season and will be booing even louder.

As expected. The nominal fine will have been agreed in advance to ensure UEFA retained some integrity.
Quite predictable and I expect there is some kind of gagging clause to protect UEFA from further action by City.

Ahh up steps Miguel Delaney in his Independent article with this..

"City have ultimately got off on a technicality, as indicated by the use of the words “time-barred”, and merely the fine reduced. The suggestions the club have been “completely exonerated” are not quite true."
City need to start sueing

Delaney hahahahahaha. He must be fuming inside. He had articles prepared to frug City trough mud for a 2 year ban. And then he has to rewrite it to mention 10m euro like a huge deal.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

He made a fool of himself and he knows it.

He's too fucking stupid and bitter to know it .

Just copied and pasted form city page on facebook so I dont know if this is true:

La Liga president Javier Tebas has declared the Court of Arbitration for Sport as being ‘not up to standard’ after overturning Manchester City’s two-year European ban.
Tebas is a long-time critic of City’s funding model and has accused both them and Paris St-Germain of ‘financial doping’ in the past.
“We have to reassess whether the Cas is the appropriate body to which to appeal institutional decisions in football," he said. "Switzerland is a country with a great history of arbitration, the Cas is not up to standard.”

Journalists who are trying to spin this into City still being guilty are just setting themselves up for another fall once the full details of the verdict are released.

Today of all days, you would think they would learn their lesson but instead the reaction is to double-down on their idiocy.

Arrogance is a powerful drug.
