CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

I think that's bad wording mate, we have every right to be upset with the clear agenda and propeganda that this has been twisted in to.
It's actually worse than it ever has been which is the absolute opposite to what we should have seen, and although I'm not surprised about it I am upset about it.

Okay, certainly there should be no surprise at the reporting by the usual suspects?

Of course it can grind our gears, but it's only true if you believe it to be true.

A lot of these people are just needy oxygen thiefs who need the extension of Twitter to feel validated and relevant.

Is it a coincidence that all the too people at City are taking a break at the time this was released? Seem like it was planned any ideas on this?

Not in this case obviously not . What do you think she should do? Pretty sure she'd soon be out of a job if she decided any club response, of her own back. Don't know why you have an issue with her, the club don't seem to, so she must be doing something right. At least in the opinion of those who employ her and know what her job is.
Apparently what the head of media/comms etc should do is go on holiday, although I doubt it makes much difference. So what exactly is it that you think Vicky does well? I am not seeing it, or hearing it, so please tell me as you seem to know?

His book ‘Richer Than God’ has a full chapter dedicated to FC United(I skipped it of course)

Jesus Christ. The relationships with certain people in the media and city fans are completely in the gutter now. When we are all back in stadiums I can see some serious verbals going off at the press box.

I've spoken to Gary Cooke on this matter and his take is that she does as she is told and its no good getting into a public fight with the press when they control what is printed, very similar to the stance Nike took in backing up Lance Armstrong and Tiger Woods.
Its frustrating for us as fans having to constantly read and hear these snide remarks, but that is the way they want to play it
Garry Cook you mean?

Her remit has been different for a number of years now mate.

She is more across corporate communications, working across the CFG, travelling to some of our outposts.

We have Simon Heggie as the regular duty-to-day media head.

Our bad press gets pelters and rightly so sometimes, but how many people on here deal regularly with football club press offices?

City are a long way from being the worst.

Plenty of room for improvement but people are naive if they think people like Martin Samuel or Pep suddenly get the inclination to go rogue.

Pep's calling out of some of our enemies was known in advance by City's comms people.

Some City staff have taken a short break prior to the Real Madrid game and I don't think the CAS findings included any surprises.
