Lol the working classes have always in the main tried to dress sharp, from teds to mods and casuals, it’s the toffs and their middle class tribute acts who think it’s a statement to cut about looking like you’ve been chained to a radiator in Beirut for a year.Fucking hell, if a bloke from Lingsight is caking then scruffy! No offence

Listen mate I’ve been out in Longsight and even I felt well dressedLol the working classes have always in the main tried to dress sharp, from teds to mods and casuals, it’s the toffs and their middle class tribute acts who think it’s a statement to cut about looking like you’ve been chained to a radiator in Beirut for a year.
At a big boxing night once, I sat their pissing myself as two journos turned up in almost identical tweed jackets. Then spent the next three hours arguing over whose was more expensive, eventually had to be separated after almost coming to blows
I would like to see the rumoured merger of Etihad and Emirates.
1. It would mightily piss of the Arse, who would be dropped.
2. Since no journo has criticised Arse for that sponsorship, it would be very funny watching them twist in the wind as they tried to explain why our new sponsorship was different.
Wasn’t Howard also the actor Leslie Howard’s son or grandson?
James Lawton was a kind old soul with a soft spot for City

I doubt CFCB would claim that, although it seems that UEFA were trying to do so in 2014. If CFCB were to claim that Etihad, Etisalat and City were related parties then their whole argument about disguised owner investment falls flat on his face. CFCB's interest would be in showing they weren't. But it's irrelevant as their was no owner funding of these sponsorships.
They paid a load of money for lawyers, who lost the case, when they could have come to me and I'd have put them right.
He wrote an award winning book about the Mercer era shortly before his death but I’d expect that as the industry changed he knew which way the wind was blowingWas that 70s City?
I thought the last years at the Indie he was so pro-Utd and not in favour of City it was laughable. Seemed to be quite well respected in the industry though.
The likes of Delaney, Harris x 2 and the other dicks dismissed it out of hand as irrelevantYep. All they had to do was read the Open Skies document and it was all in there. Fucking idiots.
