CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

The other thing that strikes me is this was a desperate baseless attack by a sporting organisation on one of its member clubs in an attempt to destroy the work that has been done in the last ten years. They went for a two year ban with City but were too scared to go near Barcelona, Madrid and Juventus with their power grab with the super league.
Which had the potential to harm UEFA far, far more than the case against us, taking it at its very highest.

I'll be wary of relaxing until the PL confirm that their enquiry is over.

Since we're already in Court, and lost, something is clearly going on there and you have the same English contingent orchestrating that as were involved in the UEFA witch-hunt. Possibly with more direct control. I'm not sure the war is over.

My life feels like the universe.
As the years accelerate, I keep expanding!
That sounds like a Red Shift to me.
Rag!

red shift (noun)
The displacement of spectral lines toward longer wavelengths (the red end of the spectrum) in radiation from distant galaxies and celestial objects. This is interpreted as a Doppler shift that is proportional to the velocity of recession and thus to distance.Compare with blueshift.

I thought it was some procedural issue that we lost on rather than anything substantive? The legal system has such lengthy backlogs now it’ll probably be years before anything emerges.

They’ve turned a blind eye to a group of clubs seeking the destruction of Uefa. They also turned a blind eye to their financial problems specially Barcelona, with La Liga talking about salary caps what top player would want to go play in Spain from now on? The long game of letting them all slit each other’s throats over power grabs I think will help City.

It was, and it was not clear what was going on except that it related to an ongoing investigation by the PL. And, you are right, it could drag on for years but that is not, necessarily, a good sign.

Correct. City have gladly offered to comply with the books, but object to essentially a root and branch investigation into all areas of the club.
