A childs access to a debit card is nullified if their parents are not exactly "Good" at banking. Makes you wonder how many children and families would be left behind by a cashless society?
I don’t think I know a single adult who doesn’t possess a debit card linked to their bank account.
Do the three people stand outside City crying buckets because they can’t pay for their tickets?Tarquins parents might be savvy but Chantelle's parents might have a restricted account and that would impact their children.
I know 3 people who don't even have a bank account.
Yes, unless you go to one that does 'special offers' for cash.Is it card only on the concourse at City now? It’s been so long since I’ve been that I don’t recall.
No but they haven't got bank accounts, cashless will not work and it will not happen IMHO.Do the three people stand outside City crying buckets because they can’t pay for their tickets?

The only place I use cash is at the local chippy but then I end up with £'s of change that I'll never use. Suffice to say we don't have chippy often because they also don't deliver and I can't be bothered driving to the cash machine first.
My local chinese is also cash only but they do accept bank transfers under the table.... go figure.....
