Casual staff at City - club confirm they will be paid

BBC running story about Premier having no moral compass relating to Spurs, Norwich and Newcastle not paying staff and using gov funds to do so. Uses examples such as Leeds of clubs doing the right thing. No mention of City.

Maybe one of our BlueMooners who is on Twitter could respond along the lines of : The pariahs of the PL, Manchester City, are not putting their staff on furlough, they are paying all, including casual staff, as well as loaning their stadium to the NHS and ringing elderly and vulnerable supporters.

I'd do it but I can't get to grips with Twitter!!

Trevor Sinclair is defending our corner. A City podcaster called David Mooney seems to be trying to advance himself through slating the Club

Why would they mention City? The story is about how football players should take pay cuts and they have used examples of clubs players who have taken pay cuts and the clubs seeking government assistance to pay wages. Neither applicable to City, thankfully, in relation to the first one.
