How have people found it on the phones? Long waits?

No real problem getting through on the phones today, although i did phone at 9 to be told they werent going on sale over the phone untill 11, i tried to be smart and called back at 10.30 but they still said had to wait untill 11, but me being a impatient tw@t rang back at 10.55 and a lovely girl took my order for 2 tickets in block 134 16 rows back, right behind the goal (£50)..she did say all the higher priced seats had gone

Sorry but you are wrong, got ours at 10:30 row 12. All you have to do is ask for higher row :)

If you read the other threads yesterday you'll see that i asked for a higher row, the guy behind the window went off and checked with other windows (or pretended to it seems) and came back to me saying sorry this literally is all there is left. Row 3. Bollocks to that, so i took behind the goal, which turns out to be the corner.
Within 2 minutes of leaving the window i find the people behind and in front of me i the queue got the side, row 10. So i knew from the off i'd been shafted, but could do nothing about a swap.
I know like people said what's the fuss about where you sit - but the sole reason most of us queued early yesterday was exactly because we wanted specific areas.
I'm very very pissed off that the window staff decided to lie through their teeth to me, yet other window staff were helpful and got people what they wanted.

So don't tell me i should have "just asked for higher up" - what did you think i did?!?!?!?!? Course i did!!! Queued from 5.30am to get worse than people who queued after.
Maybe it was your attitude?

between 4,000 -5,000 will be the busiest i reckon, on average i reckon that's what a majority will have around.

with the points allocation days being so tight, it shouldn't be too busy.
i expect Monday will be the busiest day this week, but the busiest day of all (Saturday) has gone. Cup Direct and over 6k will have been the biggest category.

For what it's worth, I think Tuesday will be quite busy.

The informal bluemoon poll of loyalty points (over 120 reponses) showed that there were 3 times as many people with 4000-4500 points as there were 4500-5000.
In fact I would guess that this will easily be the biggest category of SC holders to come on stream in one go after the original Saturday.

Think you are right mate, which is why I will be down in the queue with some tunes and a tea as soon as the first train or bus into town allows me.

I want a blue area one.

this is correct averages say 4000pts will be a busy day, just one thing guys leave some tickets for the 2000 point brigade

I'm only getting one for me. I've not played the system how i could have using an OSC or jumping on a group booking.

If i had a picture of a halo to hand, i would post it :-)

We got to window at 10.15 on Saturday and got offered row 6 across from benches/tunnel said no good and lad went inside and spoke to supervisor who was holding onto the Cat1 tickets and he came back with row 12 to the left of tunnel and we are a party of seven in block just after silver section.

Excuse me but what attitude? Totally out of line there mate. If i have one now it's because i'm fed up with idiots like you telling me it's my own fault!!!

I'm a 36 year old very shy quiet woman, who was there with my 68 year old mum, we politely asked at the window for cat 1 down the side, he said he'd check, he said there was literally only row 3, i politely asked "are you sure there's none higher up", he said yes, so i took behind the goal.
No attitude there.
If anything i was too meek and just believed him.

You act like i must have been mouthing off at him!
Apologise please..
I'm offended that just because i've been a bit heated on here, as i'm pretty upset about what happened once i realise he was lying afterwards, that people like you assume i must have been mouthing off and acting superior. Why oh why do fans do that to others, what ever happened to empathy?

Instead i'm now stuck behind the goal with the ones who will expect us to stand and swear for 90 minutes! Now i can stand and swear in parts, but for 90 minutes when my vertigo ridden mum (hence no top tier) has had a new knee and can't stand for long periods? That's just great!

I'll get my tickets on wednesday in cat 3 or 4 or something and we'll do a swap! my 65 year old with bad knees and back wants to stand up more than me!
