I do know it's hard to score in in Italy which would imply if a striker can score in Italy he can score against the shit defending in the prem

IF Cavani is the best striker in the world - then we should buy him. IF he isnt, then we shouldn't as we already have x3 who are 3rd choices...........

IF Cavani needs wingers - then we shouldn't buy him either as Mancini doesnt play that way. This is why Dzeko struggles - not lack of ability,just a lack of opportunity.

Is he better than Saurez? 45M would get Saurez - and there's no questioning his ability in our league..................

If your going to upgrade or sign a striker sign the best you can get of that type. I.e Falcao if we want a striker who is good in and around box. Cavani is not as good as Falcao and Suarez is similar to what we have. We need 1 attacking mid i my opnion and that is all in Jan unless a World class talent becomes available at the right price.
