I wasnt sure he would fit us based on the way he operates for Napoli but after seeing him for Uruguay, i have no doubt. He is the best of the options discussed so far. In my opinion.
Totally agree with this.
Cavani is great because he is flexible, he can play all over the pitch. He will probably not score as many goals as Falcao, but he will do a lot of other things that will make us a better team overall, in my opinion. We need someone like Cavani who can play the flanks with great effect. We already have Aguero in the middle who plays a somewhat similar role to Falcao.
With Uruguay, the coach has favored the Forlan/Suarez combo, which actually makes a little sense because they link up pretty well. In the recent Uruguay/Paraguay game, however, Cavani didn't come on until halftime but when he did they were a much better team. Messi, Falcao and many others score less goals for their national team than their clubs.
