This is Chelseas move to get De Laurentiis to lower the fee, it's not going to work though as he will be more than happy for him to stay.
You wonder if Cavani will do the game-changing act of saying he wants to leave Napoli. De Laurentiis is no doubt bricking it for the moment Cavani says he wants leave, that's if he does though.
The whole transfer gets taken out his hands and into the buying clubs, he would have no choice but to lower the fee.
