It is strange how Cavani was so poor last night when the other ten players in his team were fantastic and provided him with ample opportunities to shine.......

It is uncanny that one of Uruguay's midfield players also plays for Napoli and looked like a world beater in the Champions League game. Plus in the Napoli midfield contained a Bolton Wanderers reject.

Euros. They are different style strikers and right now we need a Cavani much more than we need a Suarez. Cavani is a target man, Suarez isn't. Cavani needs 5.3 shots to score a goal, Suarez needs 8. Both have pros and cons but we have top class creative/tricky players galore and that's why the club is pursuing a strong goal scoring forward of the Cavani/Lewandowski ilk. A shame we could not sign RVP and these arguments would never have existed.
