well the reason falcao went to monaco is because he was offered 11 m/y. Cavani doesn't demand the same wages as falcao do

If what was said earlier is correct our beef is NOT with Napoli it is with the player. For the sake of repetition the player is stalling so that means IMO the following:-
1) Whatever the deal is with Napoli it has been agreed whether it be cash only or cash plus player i.e Dzeko.
2) The player has said he wants to concentrate on his games with Uraguay in Confed cup, that competition ends on 30th June or sooner if Uraguay get knocked out.
3) Our club are prepared to wait a couple of weeks and just by coicidence happens to be at the end of June when a) Confed cup is over and b) Pelligrini is likely to have a press conference as our coach.
4) If Chelsea have agreed a deal with Napoli IMO it only puts them in the same boat as us and no doubt they will have to wait a similar period of time for an answer
5) It allows Cavani's agent time to get a bidding war between ourselves and Chelsea to get a better deal for his client and himself no doubt.
6) If Real Madrid are getting involved then the agent and Cavani will no doubt use them to up the bids further for his client although the player has stated he does not think Spanish football is for him.
Finally I just hope we decide to put Chelsea down this time we lost out on Hazard because of club policy, Chelsea don't seem to operate any policy to not paying agents and therefore no doubt have an edge. Time to show them we are still one hell of a force to be reckoned with. If they do get him in the end I just hope we have added thousands to their wage bill that they did not expect, that is all. Of course the above comes with the statutory warning that it is all guesswork. :-)

IMO he's gonna end up at Chelsea,as much as I would like to see him at city....whilst mourinho was at Madrid,cavani said"i would love to be trained by mourinho"....mourinho leaves Madrid and cavani says"I don't know if Spanish football would suit me".....I think we need to look elsewhere IMO.
Its a waiting game is all it is. Napoli know our valuation and they don't think its enough so no need to lodge an official bid and Chelsea aren't good with theirs. Still think we could get him but this will be much clearer I'd imagine once all the international games are finished
