99% staying put.
tbh, he's such a hard negotiation - to start, Milan (rightfully) think he has the ability to be worth a 40-50m player... But he isnt right now.

99.9% of teams dont bid on what a player can be, but what a player is... right now, he's a 25m player.

He loves Milan and would likely refuse a move, and tbh I dont think they have any intention of selling him aside from gathering a "media circus" about it

That's what I hate most about Milan these days - all about the transfer circus

I don't see any way he moves unless someone makes a rediculous offer like 40 mil. They want to keep him and Mario together to help improve the national team much like the way Bayern Munich do.
