Why ent we goin for higuain ? . Banged goals in all his career and wants out at Madrid . We'll get him for a good price . Maybe not suited to our style ? But I feel he would bang in loads with the midfield we're building . Maybe too similar to dzeko ? . I just feel we're goin to have the piss taken out if us with cavani . We should offer £40mill then leave it at that. This £63mill that's being reported is a pisstake .

We already have two Argies who are better than him here. I agree fee too high but Higuain does go missing in big games whereas Cavani will decide them.

Don't get me wrong , cavani is the better player but as for other cheaper options I think higuain would be a good option . Iv just got visions of him goin to somewhere like arsenal and banging goals in for fun.

I called Arsenal a month or so back in that relevant thread. He'd suit them to a tee and would be the star of the show. Juventus looks likely though by all accounts.

Older, possibly cheaper ones are Eto`o, Zlatan or Torres.

Benzema is class and would be a great alternative - but I don't see perez wanting to sell.
Suarez wouldn't be able to play alongside Aguero.

I would say there isn't a chance in hell of Suarez comin to us as he said he wants to leave England because he's being bullied by the media but, well, this is Suarez we're talkin about .

Higuain would not be a bad choice I suppose, but apart from the better relationship with Kun he isn't that much of an upgrade on Dzeko.

Cavani has to be the man, hr is the only striker left who can improve our front line.
