The most reliable ITK who first disclosed Fernandinho to City rumour and Benitez to Napoli reports :

In Paris he had gone Ezequiel Lavezzi a year ago, coming from Paris the latest idea for the midfield of Naples. Blaise Matuidi really like and is followed by time, may be a case for ds real Bigon. Matuidi has been taken in the prosecution by Mino Raiola, a sign that wants to leave. While the Naples keeps warm even the front Edinson Cavani. Unlikely to be accepted counterpart Fernando Torres from Chelsea,
de Laurentiis prefer just the money part of the clause which should be invested in the first goal for the attack, Edin Dzeko.

we need to tell de laurentiis that if you want dzeko you can have him as long as we can have cavani, sell cavani to someone else or keep fcukin haggling for the extra couple of million and you can get rammed if u think ur having dzeko! simples

So basically what ADL wants to do is have us fork out 50m for Cavani now, then throw in a 10m bid for Dzeko on deadline day.

Mino has been the man on the case from day 1, Posted as much 3 months ago- chill your beans, carmine is a man of honour. (:

Edit: I really should proof read things (:

What strikes me about ADL apparently playing hard ball is that Napoli seem to have a list of targets that Benitez has developed. Those targets will be paid for from the Cavani transfer no doubt. I know a lot is paper talk but seeing Napoli linked to so many strikers is surely because Cavani will be leaving this summer. So whilst ADL continues to supposedly take the stance of "if you dont pay up he will stay here" the rumours in the transfer market seem to suggest they are ready to sell this summer and make additions to the squad that Benitez has asked for.

It makes you wonder if Begiristain has learned so much when he signed Ibrahimovich for Barcelona. As fans we want him to pay the money, however he has a better insight in whether he will be the right fit for City and if it is very good value for the player.

Funny how no one said that about Marwood.

True but Marwood was an interim appointment.

One thing I'd say about Cavani is that his youtube videos show him scoring the type of long-range shots (albeit a lot more) that Dzeko scored at Wolfsburg.

The question is when he's in a league where you aren't regularly given a few yards space to shoot from 25-30 yards is he still going to be able to conjure up goals out of nothing which frankly he absolutely has to to justify a 50m price tag.

I'm kind of hoping with our plans he will get 35 tap ins

Well I hope he's a lot better at tap-ins than Gomez then who would cost half the price. Anyway, I'm just glad the 2 we have already brought in address our two major flaws.

A news completely to verify. So Chelsea fans don't get excited too early. According to Mediaset, Chelsea and Napoli agreed 58m€ for Cavani
