We need this player more than any player this summer.
If we get him it will take a hell of a lot to stop the title coming back to City.
Are City willing to pay the contract buy out clause of €63m? Quite simply, if The City board are willing to sanction this then we could get him - if not we won't.
Aurelio De Laurentiis wouldn't be shifted for the last 3 seasons when City tried to buy him cut price so it won't be any different this season.
Could cash + Dzeko make the difference? It depends what their valuation of Dzeko is - Napoli will go for a low valuation so probably best to sell elsewhere and use the cash. That said Napoli will want a replacement and Rafa will probably be keen on a Cash + Torres deal with Chelsea if they are interested.
