Dzeko, if he stays, will get more balls played into him now Mancini has gone, no matter who was to take over.

Mancini was awful at that aspect of football & City are one of the worst teams in the country for wasting crossing or diagonal opportunities.

Fuck me...its edin on the pitch..its edin who should be jumping higher than a foot off the ground..its edib who should be busting a gut chasing and working the opposition..yes mancini didnt play with wingers but to suggsst edins form is down to mancini....

Facts are edin is not and never will be a prolific striker in our team.

Have to disagree.. I loved mancini,but his style didnt suit Dzeko..Lets see what Edin does under the new man.. I know we'll be pleasantly surprised..

IIRC I saw some figures when he was at Wolfsburg and I think he only had a return of 16 headed goals for them out of sum total.
If he would just move his arse a bit faster in the penalty box then I`m certain it would help him.

We've never played Dzeko to his strengths. Set up for Cavani at Napoli is perfect. As it is for Mandzukic or Gomez at Bayern. Put these players in a different set-up and they will look like ugly ducklings

Dzeko is better than what we see,but only in his way of playing.
Mancinis style wasnt suited to Dzeko, Rush would find it hard playing in a tippy tappy style game..teams rarely parked the bus back then either.

Its about playing to your strengths and Dzeko hasnt had much chance to play to his...

If Dzeko stays and Pelle allows tactics that suit Edin then we will see.. if he fails ,then he fails..get rid,but lets give him the chance to play his prefered game..
