The Napoli owner revealed Manuel Pellegrini's men are the only team to formally express their interest in the prolific Uruguayan, but insists their offer was too low

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has revealed Manchester City are the only club he has met with to discuss Edinson Cavani, but says their offer was "inadequate".

On the CCup showing I wouldn't pay half of it!

Confederations Cup showing shouldn't be something to judge him, it's hard to play with all this drama going around him and his transfer.

But problem is he never played particularly better for Uruguay. He's pretty average as soon as he moves from his Napoli comfort zone and style, something he certainly won't get in City or Chelsea. He might be good for Madrid or Rags though, they play style of football that fits him.
We don't have a style at the moment.

You're right about the Confederations Cup, though.
 
In his defence on the Confederations Cup, the service was pretty poor and even in the Prem, strikers dont have a great time playing up front with Suarez.

Uraguay weren't good on the ball so he didnt exactly have a lot of opportunity.

In saying that though, still only worth 30 Mill.
