First time watching a full Celtic game since Ange took over

Can really see what he's trying to build. Play out from the back, possession is king, trying to play through the lines on the half turn. Nice patterns and triangles all over the pitch

Quality of the players doesn't quite seem to be there though. Centre halves are too iffy and not technically good enough. DM lacking a bit. Ralston the right fullback seems garbage on the ball, makes some terrible decisions, poor delivery, runs down blind alleys

Lots of good signs though. Look a cut above Rangers atm. Kyogo is fucking class

Kyogo looks ace. Hope he scores today after the nonsense hurled his way last week.
Sandler would be a great fit for Celtic

He's on a different level to every other player out there. Wouldn't look out of place in the Prem IMO

McGregor seems to be the only decent midfielder for them. Turnbull and Christie are very ordinary, poor touch, wrong options, overhitting and underhitting passes constantly. Turnbull leaves huge gaps in the middle as Rangers look to hit them on the counter

It’s like watching a City v Liverpool game. Possession and passing v power and pace

Actually thought Celtic were often the better side in some of the earlier Old Firm games last season, even when the results went against them, but that’s no longer the case. They look uncomfortable at the back and physically weak across the park. That’s a rebuild that will require patience.

Eddy misses an absolute sitter and we pay the price. He was fucking woeful. Shocking defending at their goal and too many of our players off it.. the rebuild goes on. Im.away to lie down in dsrk room.

First half Celtic were slightly the better team , Rangers excellent in the second half , with a Covid ravaged team it’s a big win.

He's garbage. Can't trap a beach ball

Who's fault today mate, the media, the referee, must be someone's fault?
