The more I think about this the more ecstatic I am !
Fabregas would be a fucking terrace hero I have no doubt.
Yaya could fucking play up front!

I remember Nasri was really pissed with the Arse for selliing Cesc, he'll be over the moon with this news!

Rodwell is the one who'll make way. Fabregas's homegrown status and the fact that Pellegrini actually trusts Garcia makes it pretty obvious to me.

I think it's we're certainly in for him. This is a difficult transfer because of the Arsenal factor. Bottom line if they do come in, he will go there. I suspect City won't want this to drag out and will finalise it pre W/C. If it goes beyond that then I think we won't be involved.

Hmm I'm not sure TH, nothing personal with you but if we were getting rid of Milner and Kolarov and replacing them with players that play in different positions then surely we will also have to sign a new left back and and right midfielder?

We're not getting rid of Milner, he wants to leave and has 12 months remaining in his deal, it is not about more money for him.

Likewise, Kolarov has 12 months remaining and Roma are very keen.

As for a right midfielder, Fernando, Fabregas and Fernandinho more than cover.

We will have plenty of incoming money to cover the bases.

Yeah sorry Tolm, should have phrased it better. If Kolarov is leaving then who do you expect to replace him at left back? Perhaps a late bid for Shaw/Moreno?

Sorry I don't get why Milner would agree to go to Arsenal or Liverpool if he wants more playing time.
I can't see who he would replace as first choice at either club. He could get less playing time not more.
I'm a big fan of Jimmy as a utility player and I'd like him to stay.
