CFA Living Quarters

All the young foreign lads live there. Celina, Garcia etc...some might have moved out, but most do. So do some of the young English lads. Like a weird boarding school, and it's actually some blokes job to babysit them. Seriously ha. I met him once at the CFA. He was just some fella sat with Taylor Richards and Jadon Sancho, two of our academy lads. It's like a university halls thing and they all have their own space and that bloke stays there four nights a week. Mental when you think about it....
Guarantee it's nothing like my old uni halls!

Not that mental bearing in mind that most top-level clubs hire several people to operate a 24 hour service simply to cater to players' needs. They're there to do absolutely anything. If a player wakes up at 3am and wants to know how to cook eggs Benedict, they have to be able to answer. If they want to go for an impromptu game of paintball, they are there to book the session, drive the player there and probably join in too. If a player's 3 year old is having a birthday they are there to give recommendations on what presents to buy. They literally are employed to facilitate anything a player wants in their day-to-day lives. It's no real surprise they have a babysitter on site too.

I know. But then that's mental to me. It's just weird how pampered they are when you think about it, even if it's not surprising.

I had no idea it was effectively a boarding school though. That's very impressive and something the vast majority of clubs won't be able to offer.

Do you think there might be a vacancy at the CFA for Silva's fluffer?

Just askin', like.

If the first team squad stay there the night before home games then why do they arrive at the ground in a luxury, executive coach?
How else do you want them to get there?

Walk across the bridge, people carrier, minibus or maybe even hoverboard?
