The reason they 'sneaked' it is cos the opposition were shite, any half decent team they come up against will give them a real game.
Lost to Everton and Spurs and were fortunate to beat Liverpool, Southampton and Galatasary.

A few years ago you probably would have seen a mixture Utd team of some reserves and 1st teamers in a game like this but they had to play thier strongest lineup to get something from the game against an average team last night
