Just had a go with the simulator that's kicking around and you know its 100% accurate because the rags got Valencia, Plzen and Lokomotiv whereas we managed to get Napoli, Lyon and Inter.

Not really sure we should be fearful of any variations on the draw. Bottom line is we are now one of the teams no one wants like we used to look at Barca, Real, Bayern etc.

Think i remember right but a few years ago we were in pot 2 and we were the 2nd ball drawn from that pot. We were put in the group with Bayern Munich, not drawn for the group, actually put in without a draw, as due to tv scheduling etc it was the only group we could be in.
And they call the process a draw.

You're absolutely right,there have been numerous occasions when even very early in the "draw" teams can only go in one group.
Between teams from the same countries not playing each other,the pot seedings and having to play on different nights for televising it's a fucking joke calling it a draw.
It's a group selection to maximize viewing figures and television revenue and nothing else.
