Unfortunately Tim I can’t see it getting better anytime soon , we Will go on Wednesday as we booked a hotel but after this game I’m coming out of all the cup schemes along with my family . Had to much hassle with the club over the Leipzig game so if they can’t be arsed nor can we. With our points we will get any final tickets we need so won’t lose out but it will save us a lot of money and hassle not traveling to the night games .

I used to buy 5 or 6 tickets for each CL home game but I’m just sorting my own ticket for Wednesday. It’s too complicated at the moment.

This is a comment the club should perhaps be most concerned about, that we all become so fed up of it all that we no longer care. I find it beyond belief that there are son many problems for so many people regarding the simple act of buying a ticket.

Currently on the phone to city. Started at caller number 40 and now down to 21 after 48 minutes.

Keeps jumping around though, at one point I was caller 20 and then it went back up to 23. Looking like I've got at least another 45 mins to wait.

0ver 10 attempts to get through.Cut off numerous times.To finally be told everything is fine on my account…..but to go to the ticket office and they will sort.Had a similar problem with season card.Had no issues with Leicester and Spurs away ….oh they were paper tickets!!!!

Reading this comment saddens me but is totally understandable with the way we're currently being treated off the pitch in regards to the abysmal way the ticket office and customer services is being managed at the moment. City need to wake up and smell the coffee because this type of comment will rapidly become the norm throughout its hardcore fanbase and will be irreversible.

I just can't believe with the amount of investment made in the club that the two most important things to the supporters is such a shambles, I'm totally baffled by it all to be honest.

I rang up and starts at called 120. I decided to stick it. Next I was 117. A minute later, 118. Fuck that.
