I believe the winners of their respective groups always play the first game away.

That's how I understand it, only hope is we beat the Germans by 3 or more goals.....?!!!!!!!!
 
UEFA Champions League Last 16 Draw

First time we're able to have this thread up here :).

The draw will be made on Monday 16th December at 12pm CET.

The first leg will be held in the weeks of either the 18-19 February or the 25-26 February.

The second leg will be held in the weeks of either the 11-12 March or the 18-19 March.

So there's 4 possible dates for our home leg, as runners-up I believe we play at home first so would play in February.

You cannot play the other qualifying team from your group in the Last 16, so we cannot draw Bayern, and there is country protection so we cannot draw either United or Chelsea.

Here are the qualifiers:

Group Winners: FC Bayern Munchen(Ger), Manchester United(Eng), Chelsea(Eng), Real Madrid(Esp), FC Barcelona(Esp), Borussia Dortmund(Ger), Paris Saint-Germain(Fra) & Atletico Madrid(Esp).

Runners Up: Arsenal(Eng), Bayer Leverkusen(Ger), Schalke 04(Ger), AC Milan(Ita), Galatasaray(Tur), Manchester City(Eng), Zenit St. Petersburg(Rus) & Olympiacos(Gre).

So our available options are Real Madrid, Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, PSG & Atletico Madrid.

Who do you want?

Arse fuck up badly and qualify in 2ND PLACE so we can now draw:

DORTMUND, PSG, BARCELONA, REAL MADRID or ATHLETICO MADRID,

(Similar for Arse replacing DORTMUND with BYERN MUNICH)

They are all a nightmare

Dortmund look weaker this season. But they are the losing finalists and might feel it's their destiny to go back. They will put everything into the Champions League because they are miles behind in the League. They looked poor against Arsenal, but they had a few players missing

Real Madrid look the easiest option

Arsenal will be kicking themselves. Should not have lost to Napoli. Now they are likely to go out with City in the next round.

Chelsea will get Leverkusen
Doesn't matter who arsenal draw, they are out
