From Reuters today - A Manchester United insider has described the club as 'reasonably pleased' with their Champions League Draw. United will face Lisbon Ladies, Andorra Boy Scouts and Chorlton Irish Club in the opening group stages. Club spokesperson Bob Satan commented 'there really are no easy games at this level, but we're reasonably confident that we can progress from the group. We might even be able to give Dimitar Berbatov or Michael Owen a game at some point'.

Villareal will probably go to general sale if they give us a reasonable allocation so thats one for you in Spain you will hopefully be able to get a ticket for.

Thing is, Villarreal's capacity is only 25,000! So I don't know if they work allocation out in terms of percentages or real numbers, ie we only give them the same number of tickets as they give us.

I seem to remember when I renewed my season ticket, I was told all Cup tickets (incl CL) would be £20 or less, until the quarter final stages. Any one else remember or was I dreaming it?

Pretty sure there was a disclaimer that said it was just for domestic cup games

Capped at £15 for all domestic cup games up to but not including quarter-finals.

They can charge what they like for CL.

October to January is gonna be crucial to City's success.. big Champion League games right before big PL games.. Villeral before United away, Napoli before Liverpool away, Bayern Munich before Chelsea and Arsenal. Not forgetting the Carling and FA Cup games.
Trust Man Utd to get a relativily easy group where they can play their kids in most games! I just really hope that there will be no injuries and we can maintain our fitness!
Pressue is on now... Spurs is vital this week for a win!
Liverpool are ones to monitor for abit as they have no european games and therfore can really go at the title!!

I think on page 1 or 2 of this thread is a link to all 3 games etc..

It says utd got 3000 at bayern some priced at £46 but some at £90!

It also said Utd got just under 3000 at Villareal

Liverpool got 3000 at Napoli.

I would be very surprised if the latter two didnt go to open sale.
