Strictly speaking bars are shut anyway.
its cafes and restaurants that are open, but all serve alcohol.
i believe though that alcohol only with a meal after 9pm, but I may have that wrong.
So if I want to drink after 9, I have to eat as well ? … FFS, there goes my diet !
