Woke up this morning thinking about this match! That’s how you know it’s a big fucking deal. Not lie, I will be gutted if we don’t win.

This is football and two teams will try their best. We are due a bit of luck now to lift the fabled champions league. Before the media buildup I was certain city would win 3-1 and still feel the same now. It’s not overconfidence but an acceptance we are a very good team. Take those chances early and let’s have a relatively enjoyable game.

I do expect inter to put up a scrap.

Think our strategy will be to settle in the game and be patient in the first 20 minutes or so. If/when we find our rhythm and take control of the game, we'll put them under pressure. As Pep put it, 0:0 won't mean we are losing the game. Of course, we shouldn't be too patient. The task is to find the right balance between attacking them and avoiding risks.
 
Hoping for a better first half than last week. If they were saving themselves for this then we need to be at it from the off, get a couple of goals up and it ruins inter’s game plan which no doubt will be to defend deep with all 10 men….

Come on city!
