Quite happy with my £85 return flights now (booked in November).
I went to Istanbul last year. It's a fascinating place. Try to have a look around if flight times permit.

Given the prices im seeing already, there's no savings to be made booking now. Think I'll just hang on and book on with whatever official day trip city announce when i buy my tickets so I don't have to dick around and I know I'm definitely getting there.
I doubt I'll pay much more for that than sorting it out myself at this point and i dont fancy staying over there tbh as i want to make sure im back here for any parade which will surely be the day after. There's also the very faint hope we get lucky and city subsidise the flights even if it's just partly to avoid the rip off prices.

Paid £100 return for my ticket from Liverpool to Sofia, Bulgaria - Thursday to Monday while in my seat tonight at around 80mins- I felt brave… will be getting sleeper train to Istanbul on Friday evening and bus back on Sunday

There are about 100 different options- day buses and night buses- day ones get in from anywhere from 3pm to 8pm and night buses anytime from 6am to 10amwhat time does the bus get you to Sofia on the Sunday?
