It's been all over here, Facebook and Twitter. People passing codes on. Worse offence than OSCs in my opinion, at least a good proportion of OSC members will be seasoncard holders.

It's a shame it has come to this though, blues point scoring against other blues about who's more entitled to a ticket. I think this has sold quicker than any of us expected it to.

If your not on the OSC gravy-chain. You’ve either bought a ticket and are going. Or if entitled to one and not going, you’ve likely bought for a friend/family member….

With so many syphoned off for OSC/Corporate/staff/players (7000 reported) its virtually sold out slower than i thought it would!!

I’ve not been able to find it since but I’m fairly sure I read that UEFA give each club a 20k allocation but also sell an additional 5k of their own to fans of each club. I assumed that was the UEFA ticket ballot because you have to say which club you support. I’m going to try to Google it now.

Yes it’s true. I found it. UEFA have sold 3750 tickets to our fans separately though their ballot. So our allocation is actually 23,500.

This will be the biggest City support abroad in history by a mile.

Yes I am going, spent just under £1200 - on my own points at the correct time.
I am a member of an OSC but didn’t need to go through them.

If the club gave everyone that had watched City be it live, TV, Jimmy Grimble, The Keeper or on Pathe news a ticket, travel, a slap up scran, limitless alcohol and a full scale replica made of gold of the Champions League trophy ( if we win of course) some on here would still find something to fucking moan about.

This anger could easily translate to Blue on Blue violence because some people have lost site of the fact that over 20k Manchester City supporters will be there all supporting Manchester City.

I feel for the supporters who can’t get there, I was on the bones of my arse and couldn’t afford the Gillingham game, still feel like shit about it to this day.

The fact that it’s UEFA selling the tickets and the club’s role is just to distribute codes that will work for anyone means that there is no system that could be put in place that would guarantee that just scheme members get tickets. Anyone with a code can pass it to anyone else and there’s no point worrying about it.

I don’t know if anyone can help. My mate has got through and tried buying a £400 ticket but on final transaction when it checks with your bank , it’s remained stagnant and not gone through. He seems to think his bank details are fine and never had problems before . He tried going back and has tried logging out but it won’t allow. Anyone else had similar problems ? He’s obviously panicking like hell and nothing has gone out of his bank on pending transactions

Edit he’s now sorted it . Might be worth knowing for someone else. He simply turned phone on and off and re applied access code and it worked

I don’t know as I don’t know anyone who fits thst description. I do know the OSC took up far fewer tickets than they were entitled to for our 2nd Champs League final in a row so I’m not sure what the obsession with the OSC allocation is.

It’s easy to play the Jakarta card but likewise we know OSC members who got tickets had previous codes withdrawn.

Im somebody who isn’t on the Cup Scheme and isn’t in a OSC Branch has used their initiative to get a ticket then why lose sleep over it.

I only asked if you thought it was possible to get a ticket through the SC without having a seasoncard? And I guess you are saying you don’t know if it’s possible.

As for casting aspersions I have been on here 3 years longer than you! I just haven’t posted too much due to the abuse posters receive from the likes of @Prestwich_Blue who now seems to want to bully me off the thread with his constant abuse.

I can’t believe we’ve near enough sold out with only the cup scheme holders getting the chance to get one. I was thinking it would sell out low down on season ticket points holders.

I can see a few more signing up for the scheme next season seeing as the final is at Wembley.

I entered my codes on Friday and got an email from UEFA confirming purchase and saying that tickets will be issued nearer the time

Anyone know when this might be? I travel out on 5th and would like to have them by then

Anyone with a code can pass it to anyone else and there’s no point worrying about it.

When it was paper tickets, they could be passed on.
The seasoncards could be passed on.
The mobile tickets can be passed on.

As I said earlier, the only way to stop tickets being passed on is 100% name checks at the turnstiles. As my kids' primary school head used to say "Life is unfair and the sooner you get used to that, the better".
