Taksim is a good location, we will be staying not far in Beyoglu. Istanbul is huge anyway, but Taksim should be a good strategic location in my view

There will be a demand but the big issue is supply. There’s currently a global aircraft shortage (a lingering effect of the pandemic that will take another 12-18 months to fully resolve). Getting planes at short notice isn’t easy - especially with the final being a couple of weeks later than usual due to the World Cup.

If direct flights options are exhausted, other opportunities would be through Doha, Dubai or Baku. In Baku you can even stay overnight (relatively cheap) and pay a visit to Tofig Bahramov’s monument (linesman who confirmed Geoff Hurst’s goal in 1966)

Pack of cigs about 3.5 - a pint is about £3

Not in Istanbul so could differ especially with them knowing the final is on but reasonable nonetheless

I wonder if 18-25 will get their usual allocation of 5%. Circa 1000 tickets for us if that’s the case..

M8s lads been told he isn’t eligible for 18-25 as he’s in a junior st but just 18.. he was also unable for a pull through at Wembley though , but shit as he should be one or the other
