Not a ban by Portugal. The whole of the EU has a ban on non essential travel from non EU countries at the moment. Relaxing rules to let in charter flights on day. May lift in future but no date set as yet.

Is that right though? Was just on ITV main news that tens of thousands of brits are all expected into the algarve from Monday on holidays due to brits being allowed to travel to Portugal and Portugal being expected to relax their regulations this weekend to allow travel in.

Hopefully it’s all sorted in good time- something like this if true city would have known about and could have alluded to on their statement this morning. If not sorted I’ll just offset the money I’ve lost against what I would spend on future season ticket and matches as that would be it for me, I wouldn’t go to a city match again.

Just been thinking the same myself. Or just not buy anything from the club again until I’ve got my money back.

But there was. The tourism minister said last week she anticipated the ban would be lifted on Sunday in time for the UK restrictions lifting. Tourism office even stated again today that they were ready for Monday.

Is this what is planned for final?- Fans can only get into stadium if arrive via offical travel club with ticket, they will fly in on day 29th, get bus to game, they watch game, bus back to airport, fuck off back to UK - cannot go anywhere else or stay over - ---- that cannot be right????
