Whoever runs “Supporter Services” needs firing, if we are not stuck for up to 5 hours in ticketing queues we are being given mis information about important announcements. Surely before they went home yesterday someone was responsible for letting the supporters know that ticket info would be delayed, how difficult can it be. it’s either incompetence and a lack of understanding what us supporters go through or total disrespect for us, it has to be one or the other.

Whilst it's a bit harsh considering this is definitely out of the clubs hands, there's no excuse for not releasing a small statement last night when it became obvious the info wasn't going to be released. There were people still checking after 10pm last night, they could have allowed people to chill for the evening. The fact Chelsea haven't announced anything yet either is telling. There are obviously discussions going on with the relevant govenerment departments on how this is handled, and UEFA. All easily avoided by moving the game to England, which was the only real sensible option, but the UEFA hangers on have to have their day. This will probably be the biggest movement of people in Europe for the last year.
Not the clubs fault, although agreed a holding statement last night was required though.

Just checked and the official website says restaurants, cafes and bakeries till 10.30pm midweek and 1pm (assume that's a typo) weekend.

The game will be over by then. Portugal is the same time as UK, so 8pm ko.My biggest fear right now is actually finding a way to watch the game in Porto, seem people mention that bars will close at 10.30, is this true??! If so what do people think our options are??
