Champions League Final | Travel Requirements + COVID Tests

Whilst it costs more I think the safest thing is to book a test for Wed and another for Thursday. That way the Wed one will definitely be available before the travel out and the Thursday one for the return. Stops any risk of the “oh sorry it was a bit late here is your money back” as the Thursday one will have been sorted by midnight Saturday But there is a risk it won’t be by early Saturday. Of course living in Scotland everything is a bit shitter so there is no 24 hour one available hence the doubling up

Could we do a test on the Wednesday but ask the tester to put date for Thursday?? One day won’t make a difference to them but makes a good difference to us!

So are we any the wiser about what is required to get into the ground? Chelsea website still saying LFT within 48 hours of kick-off is fine and that’s been advised by UEFA. City say PCR but I’m just wondering if that’s aimed at those on the day trip and that their outgoing PCR of taken Thursday covers all bases including outward flight, entry to ground, and homeward flight. For those of us going for longer, it’s not easy to organise a PCR in Portugal whereas a LFT is a piece of piss by all accounts

Ordered mine with blind spot global via the supporters club link that gets it for £125. Spoke to someone direct at blind spot who said they guarantee a result by email in 8 hours. Obviously that could be salesman bullshit to try and get me to buy but just passing on what was said.

Right! Spoke to Wolstenholme pharmacy and for £100 they are sorting me out

I have no idea why the club have said 1pm, but it's simply irrelevant as it's not Club advice and guidance you need to be following.

I've linked and screenshotted the applicable things more times than I care to remember, that's where people need to be looking for the trip.
I agree does seem strange the club have said after 1pm Thursday, as this means I wouldn't be able to drop my PCR test off til Friday morning, but if I did the test Thursday morning then I could drop my test off that morning, which I would prefer.

Non the wiser whatsoever mate.

We're now thinking of arranging another PCR test whilst in Lisbon. Or just doing the day trip with the club. Missus on phone to City now to see whether that's even an option.

When did you order/speak to them?
