Because of the security restrictions uefa has I guess it will be in separate weeks unfortunately.
Otamendi had a masterclass performance at Camp Nou, one of the best I’ve seen from a defender. He is not at ruben’s level nowadays but definitely our best defender atm.

They'll be on different weeks. They won't want 3000 dutch and 3000 mancs in Lisbon at the same time

Up until recently there was a rule where 2 teams within 60km couldn't play same or consecutive nights, but we've been playing home games the same night as Liverpool recently which wasn't allowed previously. And 2 of us/Liverpool/United will be at home back to back in March. I think its been the same with Milan/Bergamo

Maybe it doesn't happen but I dont think its a strict rule anymore.
