I think the club still sees potential in Jovetic despite the injuries or he would have been out in the summer. There were rumours some Italian clubs were interested. He obviously wants to make a big impact at City going by some of the stuff he's said recently. Dzeko I'd also be inclined to evaluate over the next 4 months and see if he's still got it. He's definitely reliable when in good form and one of the PL's top 5 strikers. Either case we can look into it before summer. Right now we should try and sell the couple of players who have fallen out of favour with MP.

Jovetic should be sold over Dzeko

There's no reason why Jov can't be loaned out to one of the Italian clubs for the season. That way we don't lose him.

Aye, I can't see any club being daft enough to buy Jovetic, but a end of season loan based on games played is a viable option.

No need to worry about this selection until the middle of February by then Aguero or Vinnie may well be both back injured and then the decision is easy to make!!

Of those, Fernando is needed for a potential midfield 3 and with Yaya's suspension.
Demichelis and Mangala are needed as Nastasic is on the way out.

That leaves:

Jesus Navas
Edin Dzeko
Stevan Jovetic

If Edin Dzeko or Stevan Jovetic made way it would be like for like.
If Navas makes way, Jovetic would mostly be used as an attacking midfielder or winger.
If it's Sagna, then Milner and Boyata would be used as RB cover.
If it's Kolarov, then Mangala would be used as LB cover.
If it's Caballero we would just have to prey that Joe doesn't get injured, as Messi vs Wright doesn't have a good feeling about it.
