This is my first seasoncard and I got 380 points for platinum membership plus 600 points for the cup schemes as platinum member.

I emailed the club asking if I get the 1000 loyalty points...
They emailed back saying they had forgot to add them
And I received 1000 24 hours later!!!

Think a few people are panicking over this. Allocation is smaller than last year, granted, but I can see this going down to all seasoncards at least. It won't sell out to high points.
 
Anyone been able to join the cup schemes online after renewing through Zebra, i know you could add cup schemes if you renewed online using card payments

They were supposed to get this fixed online but haven't done yet. I've just done mine now by phoning up. Took 2 minutes after holding on for 30 secs.

give the club a bell they did it over the phone for me
