Hopefully he stays, good kids with talent are hard to find. He seems a lovely kid and even if he goes to them (through gritted teeth) i hope his career goes well. Maybe with u18s being short on forwards with delap moving up again he might reconsider. We are now producing world class talents and that should be a major factor.

Recently the rags seem to be giving their youngsters more opportunities than we do. Not sure that United is the right move for this lad though - he will be behind Greenwood plus their more established strikers. Might have done better to go to a Championship side but I suppose that money will be a big factor.

He's a U****d fan, so its no surprise he's going there, just as Phil Foden chose City. There's been plenty of "wonderkids" who didn't make it at the top level but 600 goals is impressive by any standards.
